The Wet Shaving Store is an online-only retailer based in Southern California.
Order Processing & Handling Time
We pride ourselves on fast and reliable order processing. Orders are typically processed and shipped the same business day or the next business day.
- Business days: Monday–Saturday
- Closed: Sundays
Once your order ships, tracking information will be automatically emailed to you and reflected in your store account. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear, as carriers may delay initial scans.
Shipping Carriers
We ship using USPS and UPS, depending on the option selected at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated in real time during checkout based on carrier rates, package weight, and destination.
For carrier-specific delivery estimates, please refer directly to the carrier’s website.
Shipping Responsibility & Delivery Confirmation
All orders are shipped to the address entered by the customer at checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of their shipping address.
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier and marked as Delivered by the carrier, The Wet Shaving Store’s responsibility for the shipment is fulfilled. We are not liable for:
- Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery
- Packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer
- Delays caused by the carrier
- Theft or misplacement after delivery
If tracking shows a package as delivered but it cannot be located, customers are encouraged to:
- Check with household members or neighbors
- Contact the local post office or carrier directly
Shipping Protection (Highly Recommended)
Customers may protect their shipment by selecting Low Flat Rate with Protection at checkout. This option includes shipping insurance.
If a protected order is lost or damaged in transit, it may qualify for replacement or refund through our insurance provider.
Important:
- Claims must be reported within 24 hours of the delivery issue
- Claims are subject to verification and carrier confirmation
- Resolution timelines depend on the insurance provider’s investigation process
To initiate a claim, email shipping@wetshavingstore.com with your name, order number, and a description of the issue.
Flat Rate & Free Shipping
- Flat-rate shipping options are available for U.S. orders
- Protected and non-protected shipping options may be offered
- Free shipping is available on orders that meet the current promotional threshold (subject to change without notice)
Undeliverable & Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
- Customers may request re-shipment after providing a verified address and paying additional shipping costs
- If a refund is requested instead, the refund will be issued after the package is received and inspected
Refunds for undeliverable orders are issued as follows:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- A 10% restocking fee will be deducted
- Refunds apply only to items returned in unused, undamaged condition
APO/FPO & Military Addresses
APO/FPO addresses are considered domestic shipments and are welcome. Please note:
- Tracking updates may be limited or delayed
- Delivery times are not guaranteed due to distance and military handling
Manufacturer Direct Shipping
Some items ship directly from the manufacturer. Shipping rates, availability, and timelines for these items are set by the manufacturer and may differ from standard store shipping options.
International Shipping
We ship internationally, including to Canada and select global destinations.
Key international shipping terms:
- Rates are tiered based on package weight and destination
- International orders may ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx
- Once the package reaches the destination country, it may be transferred to a local courier
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International customers are responsible for all import taxes, customs duties, and fees assessed by their country. These fees are not collected by The Wet Shaving Store and cannot be estimated in advance.
We are not responsible for:
- Customs delays
- Refused or seized packages
- Undeliverable international shipments due to local regulations
Canada Shipping
Orders to Canada ship via USPS (handed to Canada Post) by default. UPS and FedEx options may be available; however, these carriers may collect additional brokerage or handling fees upon delivery.
Shipping Speed Guarantee
"Blazing speed 🚀" refers to the time between order placement and shipment.
We guarantee:
- Orders will ship within 24 business hours (up to 48 business hours in rare cases)
This guarantee:
- Applies only during regular business hours
- Does not apply during sales, holidays, or peak holiday season (starting in November)
Payment Methods
We accept:

Price Match Policy (Shipping Excluded)
We offer price matching on eligible products when:
- The item is identical (brand, size, weight, colour, quantity, model)
- The competitor has the item in stock at a lower price
We do not price match:
- Third-party marketplace sellers
- Clearance, liquidation, refurbished, or pre-owned items
- Promotional, lightning, or doorbuster deals
- Orders using discount codes or gift card promotions
Shipping charges are excluded from price matching.
