HAGS Orbit Grove Alcohol Aftershave Lotion

Picture landing on a strange planet and finding a forest where you expected wasteland. Orbit Grove is built around that idea: tall cypress, curling grapevines, mossy undergrowth and warm wood.

Cypress opens green and crisp. Grapevine, cedarwood and vetiver carry the middle, earthy and a little damp, and amber closes it out with a soft glow that lingers well after you've finished shaving. The label art shows space travelers wandering through that alien woodland. If you know Jo Malone's Cypress & Grapevine, this is HAGS's take on that idea.

The Formula: Alcohol-Based Aftershave Lotion

This is the alcohol version of Orbit Grove, made on HAGS's current Tesseract (4,3,4) base. The alcohol keeps the feel crisp and quick to dry, while aloe, cucumber, calendula, witch hazel, chamomile and rose waters, along with sodium hyaluronate, glycerin and allantoin, look after skin comfort. A PEG-40 castor oil emulsifier keeps the lotion clear, and it soaks in fast with no greasy residue.

How to Use

1. Shake the bottle well.
2. Put 5 to 7 drops in your palm.
3. Rub your hands together and press it onto freshly shaved skin.
4. Let it dry for a few seconds before moisturizer or any other skincare.
